
Shore Boil
Ingredients
1 medium onion, sliced
1 garlic clove, diced
seaweed (optional)
1 cup (250 mL) butter
2 cups (500 mL) Tidal Bay wine
1 lb (500 g) mussels
1 lb (500 g) fresh clams
1 lobster
Directions
Dice onion, garlic and seaweed.
In a pot over medium-high heat, melt butter and add onion, garlic and seaweed. Add wine, mussels, clams, and lobster when onions are soft and translucent.
Cover pot and cook for 12 minutes
Serve in bowls with homemade chive biscuits.
