Ingredients

Makes one serving

10 mint leaves

2 lime wedges
1 oz (30 mL) simple syrup
1 oz (30 mL) white rum
2 oz (60 mL) wild blueberry juice

Directions

Place mint leaves, lime and syrup in a highball glass.

Muddle with a wooden spoon by pressing down lightly on the leaves and giving a few gentle twists.

 

Fill glass with crushed ice and add rum and blueberry juice. Stir and serve.
