
The Arugula Gimlet
Ingredients
5-6 ice cubes2 oz Fundy Gin
1 oz simple syrup
¾ oz of pure lime juice
1 cup of fresh baby arugula
Directions
In a shaker, combine all ingredients. Shake until your arms are sore, and then shake a little more; or at least until the arugula is mostly crushed.
Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with arugula leaves or lime wedge.
