
Royal Banana (“La Banane Royale”)
Ingredients
2 bananas2 cups (500 mL) plain yogurt
2 cups (500 mL) fresh fruit salad (use strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, cantaloupe—whatever is on hand)
½ cup (125 mL) your favourite cereal or granola
½ cup (125 mL) fresh whipped cream
Directions
Split bananas lengthwise and place on either side of plate, as with a banana split.
Spoon yogurt into the centre; top with fresh fruit and cereal.
Garnish with whipped cream.
