Ganong Christmas Martini
Ingredients
1 oz (28 g) Irish cream liqueur¼ oz (7 g) crème de menthe
¾ oz (22 g) chocolate vodka
slice lemon
sprig mint
6 Chicken Bones, crushed
ice
Directions
Rim the martini glass with crushed Chicken Bones (to rim the glass run a slice of lemon around the lip of the glass and dip the glass rim into the crushed Chicken Bones).
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add Irish cream liqueur, crème de menthe and chocolate vodka, shake well and strain into martini glass, garnish with mint.
