Ingredients

1         cup (250 mL) loosely packed parsley leaves, finely chopped

1/2      cup (125 mL) loosely packed basil leaves, finely chopped

1/2      cup green Castelvetrano olives, pitted and

            finely chopped

2          tbsp (30 mL) capers, chopped

2          tbsp (30 mL) capers brine

            Zest and juice of 1 lemon

1          tsp (5 mL) salt

1/2      tsp (2.5 mL) pepper

1          tsp (5 mL) chili flakes or more to preference

1          clove garlic, very finely minced

1/2      cup (125 mL) olive oil

2          tbsp (30 mL) white wine vinegar

Directions

Combine ingredients and taste for seasoning. Serve with entrée or fresh vegetables. Makes 1.5 cups.
