Cranberry Jelly Ring
Ingredients
1 pkg (85 g) lime Jell-O2 pkg (85 g each) strawberry Jell-O
3 sprigs rosemary
12 fresh cranberries
1 can (350 mL) cranberry sauce
1 Honeycrisp apple, diced
Directions
Prepare the lime Jell-O as per instructions, then pour into the bottom of a mould and let set in the refrigerator, for about 30 minutes. After partially set, place rosemary sprigs and cranberries in a pleasing design. Let set until firm. Place cranberry sauce in a strainer to remove the liquid, reserve liquid and set aside. Prepare strawberry Jell-O as per instructions, using reserved cranberry juice as the liquid, top with water to reach required amount.
Stir in drained cranberries and apples, then pour on top of the lime Jell-O, still in the mould, and let set overnight. Remove from the mould and serve.
