Ingredients

ΒΌ cup (50 mL) wild blueberry juice
1 cup (250 mL) soda or sparkling water
1 teaspoon (5 mL) lemon juice, freshly squeezed
Garnish: lemon slices

Directions

In a tall glass filled with ice, add juices and soda. Stir. Garnish with a lemon slice. You can substitute the blueberry juice with cranberry, pomegranate or orange juice. Served in a champagne flute at any occasion calling for a toast.
