Ingredients

1 cup (250mL) white flour
2 cups (500 mL) buckwheat flour
2 cups (500 mL) cold water
1 tsp (5 mL) salt
2 cups (500 mL) boiling water
2 tsp (10 mL) baking powder

Directions

Mix first four ingredients together. Add boiling water and baking powder. Cook on greased pan as you would a pancake but only on one side.
