1 cup (250 g) cream cheese
½ cup (125 mL) sour cream
½ cup (125 mL) blue cheese
1½ cup (375 mL) diced chicken
½ cup (125 mL) chicken and rib barbecue sauce
½ cup (125 mL) blue cheese dressing
½ cup (125 mL) mozzarella cheese


In a small casserole or oven-safe dip dish, create a bottom layer with cream cheese, sour cream and blue cheese. Set aside.

In a bowl, mix diced chicken and barbecue sauce, place on top of bottom layer (enough to cover).

Place blue cheese dressing on top, spreading all over lightly before sprinkling mozzarella on top. Bake for 20 minutes at 325°F (160°C) and serve with your favourite chips, crackers or breads.
