1/2 cup (125 mL) olive oil
1/4 cup (50 mL) brown sugar
2 tbsp (30 mL) Hungarian paprika
1 tbsp (15 mL) Montreal steak spice
12-15 baby or fingerling potatoes
In a large bowl, mix olive oil, sugar, paprika and steak spice. Add potatoes; stir to coat well. Place on a baking sheet. Roast at 350°F (180°C) for 35 to 40 minutes, depending on size. Makes 4 servings.
Tip: Using parchment paper on your baking sheet helps avoid burning it-or a messy clean-up.
