1/3 cup (79 mL) olive oil
1 tbsp (15 mL) basil, finely chopped
½ tsp (2.5 mL) red pepper flakes, crushed
¼ tsp (1 mL) salt
¼ tsp (1 mL) fresh black pepper
1 tsp (5 mL) Italian seasoning
1 tsp (5 mL) fresh garlic, minced
2 tsp (10 mL) parmesan, freshly grated
1 tbsp (15 mL) balsamic vinegar
Pour olive oil onto your serving plate or bowl.
Add basil, crushed red pepper, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic, and grated parmesan.
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Serve with your favourite sourdough focaccia.
