1/2 cup (125 mL) Garlic & Herbs liquid seasoning
1/2 cup (125 mL) olive oil
2 tbsp (30 mL) Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp (15 mL) chopped green onion
2 tsp (5 mL) sea salt
2 rib-eye steaks

Combine liquid seasoning, oil, Worcester-shire sauce, onion and sea salt. Pour mixture over beef and marinate in a covered container in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

Remove meat from marinade and pour marinade into a saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil for 10 minutes to reduce.

Baste steaks with this reduction and grill meat to your taste (about 4 minutes per side for medium); continue to baste with this sauce while grilling.

Quick Tip: Leftover roasted garlic will keep in the refrigerator for several days. Add some to a soup, stir-fry, pasta dish or sauce for an extra hit of rich flavour.
