Chilled Cantaloupe Soup


2 cantaloupes, peeled and cubed
1/3 cup (75 mL) sugar
2 oz (57 g) Ironworks Arctic Kiwi Liqueur
2 tbsp (30 mL) fresh squeezed lime juice
1 tsp (5 mL) coarse sea salt
4 tsp (20 mL) sour cream
1 fresh mint sprig


Place cantaloupe in a food processor or blender. 

Add sugar, liqueur, lime juice and salt.


Chill for one hour. 

Place in serving bowls; top with sour cream and a fresh mint leaf. Makes 4-6 servings.
