Our Restaurant
Saltscapes specializes in simple, wholesome food, locally sourced and prepared in traditional home-cooked fashion. We use authentic local recipes and ingredients. Our chef has been cooking authentic Atlantic Canadian food for more than 20 years. Many of the menu items on offer are inspired by recipes that have run in Saltscapes magazine, developed by the magazine’s food editors and tireless promoters of local food, Marie Nightingale and Alain Bossé. We acknowledge their contributions in chronicling Atlantic Canadian culinary customs and traditions
