1. To be eligible, a photograph must have been taken within the Atlantic Provinces.
2. The photograph submitted must be the original work of the person submitting it.
3. Photographs must be jpeg files and be at least 3MB in size.
4. Winners agree that without further payment, their winning photograph entry may be used in print or electronic form to promote future photo contests by Saltscapes magazine. It is the responsibility of the contestant to ensure that use of the photographs by Saltscapes magazine raises no legal claims. The photographer must own all rights to any photographs entered in this contest.
5. The Saltscapes Viewers' Choice Online Photo Contest is open to anyone, except employees of Saltscapes, prize-sponsoring companies and their immediate families.
By submitting the online entry form, the photographer consents to the entry of his or her submission and agrees to abide by the contest rules.
