Ingredients

1 cup (250 mL) cream cheese, softened

²⁄³ cup (150 mL) butter, softened

¾ cup (175 mL) white chocolate pieces

(minimum 30 per cent cocoa butter),

melted and cooled

2 tsp (10 mL) vanilla extract

4½ cups (1.125 L) icing sugar

Directions

In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer on low speed until smooth. Add butter and continue beating until blended. Add white chocolate and vanilla. Gradually blend in icing sugar, scraping bowl often. Beat until mixture is light and fluffy. Makes approximately 5½ cups (1.3 L).
