3 cups (750 mL) rolled oats
1 10 oz can (300 mL) sweetened condensed milk
1 cup (250 mL) sunflower seeds
1 cup (250 mL) chocolate chips
1 cup (250 mL) dried fruit (cranberries, blueberries, apricots, etc) or nuts (peanuts, almonds, etc), all finely chopped
Combine rolled oats and milk; add remaining ingredients, and blend. Use cooking spray on baking sheet. Spread mixture on sheet and pat down. Bake 20 minutes at 350°F (180°C). Cut while still warm. Makes 12 bars.
