Hard Cider Vinaigrette
Ingredients
1 tbsp (15 mL) Dijon mustard2 cloves fresh garlic, finely chopped
¾ cup (175 mL) vegetable oil
¼ cup (50 mL) hard cider
¼ cup (50 mL) maple syrup
Sea salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Whisk all ingredients together until emulsified, may take up to 5 minutes. Adjust tartness with more or less oil.
Makes 1 cup (250 mL)
