Ham and Custard Omelet Puff
Ingredients
6 eggs½ cup (125 mL) flour
1 tsp (5 mL) baking powder
1 cup (250 mL) milk
1 lb (500 g) Colby cheese, grated
8 oz (250 g) cottage cheese
3 tbsp (45 mL) firm butter, cubed
¾ cup (175 mL) cubed ham
¼ cup (50 mL) onion, chopped
3 oz (75 g) cream cheese, cubed
¼ green pepper, chopped
Directions
In a bowl, beat eggs, flour, baking powder and milk until smooth. Stir in other ingredients. Placed in greased 13x9 pan and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 45 minutes, or until set.
Serves 2.
