TOURISM REGIONS OR CO-OPERATIVE GROUPS

If you are a tourism region or a co-operative group wishing to purchase THREE or more 10x10 exhibits for Expo, please contact Sandie Currie at scurrie@saltscapes.com or 1-877-311-5877, ext 243 for more information. Registration Forms can also be found below under "How to Register Offline" as a co-op group member should not register on-line as the info will vary slightly.


ALL OTHER EXHIBITORS

If you are a single company wishing to purchase a booth and are NOT participating as part of a tourism region or a co-operative group, please follow the guidelines below. Registration can be done online or offline for single exhibitors.

How to register & purchase a booth online

Registering your booth online is easy. In two simple steps, you can register a user account, purchase a booth(s), and manage your listing in our Exhibitor Directory. Additional help is available in the Exhibitors login area of the site.

Step 1 - Register

All exhibitors wishing to register online must first sign up for a free user account. Your user account will grant you access to create and manage your Exhibitor Directory listing. Click here to sign up for a user account. Remember to check your email for a confirmation link. You must click the link in the email to confirm your account. If you don't receive the email within one hour, please contact us. Remember to check your spam folder, just in case it was filtered.

Step 2 - Purchase Your Booth(s)

Once you have confirmed your user account registration, login to your user account. Once logged in, you will find instructions and a link to the booth purchase form. During this step your company information is also added to the online Exhibitor Directory.

How to register offline

Please note, exhibitors registering offline will not have access to change or edit their Exhibitor Directory listing.

To all FOOD and BEVERAGE exhibitors, please note:

For any exhibitor who is SELLING or SAMPLING a food or beverage product that will be consumed onsite during the show and is considered a meal or in direct competition with Exhibition Park's available concessions, Exhibition Park has a user fee. This is only applicable to portions that are over 2 ounces. If you are selling or sampling a food or beverage product that is 2 ounces or less, no fee will be applied.

The over 2 ounce selling and/or sampling fee is $200/day + HST. For more information, please contact Sandie Currie at scurrie@saltscapes.com.
